Company Rost d.o.o. was established in 1990, just as the market economy was beginning to emerge in the Republic of Croatia. The main business activity of the company is the establishment of relations between physical and legal persons for purposes of sale-purchase, rental, lease and other disposal with real estate, identification of real-estate on the market and generally mediation in real estate related legal transactions.
Real estate is of utmost importance for every market economy and entities operating within it, physical and legal persons alike. While the ownership of a housing unit is one of the basic existential needs of physical persons, purchase, sale or lease of a real estate have the capacity to activate the economic value of a legal person, thus representing a major investment decision. Value of any given property is governed by a number of parameters (location, size, current and seasonal offer and demand fluctuations, plot developability, inflation, purchasing power, exchange rate and interest rate fluctuations, crediting conditions, etc.). Therefore, in order to make the right decision pertaining to any disposal with real estate, one requires a high level of expertise, prudence and knowledge of market conditions. Rost d.o.o. is registered with Zagreb Commercial Court, is a member of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce, signatory of the Statement of Acceptance of the Rules of Operation of Real Estate Agents proscribed by the Real Estate Business Association of the Croatian Chamber of Commerce and member of Burza nekretnina.
In cooperation with a law firm, we provide our clients all the legal assistance pertaining to the real estate related legal transactions, like:
- entry into land register,
- entry into cadastral register,
- drawing up contracts and other documentation,
- settlement of property relations, etc.
